The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, caring, and consistent environment where children feel secure and supported. Building trust with both the children and their parents is essential, along with being patient, dependable, and attentive to each child’s individual needs and personality. I also believe communication and reliability are key to ensuring parents feel confident and at ease while their children are in my care.

One of my favorite nanny moments is seeing children I care for gain confidence and independence over time. I especially love when a child gets excited to show me something they learned or created, whether it's a drawing, a school project, or a new skill. Moments like those remind me how important consistency, encouragement, and patience are in a child’s development, and I feel proud to be a positive part of their growth.
