He's already used to having both older and younger siblings at his dad's house, so he's more than willing to either help out or entertain himself when needed. We're also used to sharing a bedroom and even a bed when necessary, so extra living space for him should not be an issue. I am very flexible as far as schedule (both hours and days per week), location, job requirements, age range, and number of children (except more than 3).
