hello! my name is courtney, i am 17 and i have graduated from high school. while i am not experienced with cpr and first aid, i would love to learn. on another note, i went to a school for mood regulation and learning disabilities. i have experience in working with children with special needs. i have mainly worked with older kids (7-11), but i have some experience with younger kids (3-5). my current availability is tues-fri day shifts. if this fits your schedule let me know:) i do not currently have my license, but i am working towards it, as i have to have the money for it. i have not babysat in a couple of years, but i am ready to get back into it! i can cook basic meals, i can help the kids with crafts, i clean, and i am very good with animals too!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

there are a couple of things i enjoy doing with children, most of them are crafts and cooking/baking (now, that does all depend on ages). i love to bring stuff for the kid(s) to do with me, as it gives them something to show to their parent(s).

The most important part about being a nanny...

what matters most about being a nanny/babysitter for me is making sure the kids are happy and cared for while the parents are gone, in which hopefukly the parents will be just as content.

My experience with special needs children...

i went to a school for special needs and mood disorders, because of this i am familiar with working with children with special needs. my sister also is special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

my favorite moment ive had while babysitting/nannying was when i was caring for two girls. one day we had made spaghetti and meatballs for their mom and it was really great for everyone because there wasn’t any fighting. another moment was when the younger sibling let me clean her room with her without getting disregulated. i loved making crafts with them as well.
