Hi! I am currently undergoing some neurology testing and most likely will be needing a part time position when I am cleared to work again and will be able to answer any questions regarding any concerns or questions you may have for me.I am the face behind planting seeds private nanny. I have spent the last seven years at a daycare center working myself from being an assistant teacher to being the assistant director, and lead infant room caregiver! I have experience in all rooms of the daycare and am comfortable with ages birth-school aged! I am first aid and cpr certified and have experience with special needs and oxygen dependent infants. I have experience with maintaining a loving, fun & safe environment! I want to offer the best quality child care for a family/families that are in search of a part time / occupational nanny/sitter! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked in a childcare center for 7 years and have been let down by the whole daycare industry. I noticed how favoritism with children shows , I saw how laziness affects the children, I saw a lot that I wish wasn’t even an issue to begin with. My goal is to be able to continue to do what I was meant to do without having to tiptoe around other employees who are rude to staff and children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love learning through play , stacking , counting, or color sorting blocks, coloring a pretty picture, singing funny songs. Arts and crafts for mom and dad , field trips to farms , zoo, museums! I also love when they help cook as they have fun and get to learn a life skill while doing so along the way!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Creating that safe place in your home for them to be completely relaxed and in their environment where they are able to reach milestones while building confidence through play and real life experiences.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was nannying the most precious baby and I would make silly faces at her to be goofy and fun so she would warm up to me faster (because stranger danger let’s be honest here). There was one face I made she loved the most that she ended up teaching herself how to do it so we could sit there and be funny together making that same face back and forth. Or the excitement i’d see whenever she saw me. I will miss that family, I had to let them go as medical needs are to demanding right for their busy lives & schedules , I felt they deserve someone that’s is currently as capable as I was once was before.
