Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I really enjoy spending time with kids, whether I’m babysitting or just hanging out with my family. I love doing arts and crafts, drawing, and coming up with little creative projects that let them use their imagination. I’m also always down for games like tag or anything active that keeps them laughing and having fun. Being around kids just feels easy and natural to me, and I like being someone they can feel comfortable with while still having a good time.

My experience with special needs children...

I’m a paraprofessional, which is a one-on-one aide working with special education students, and I really take pride in what I do. I chose this path because my brother has auditory processing disorder and is sensitive to certain textures, so I’ve seen firsthand how important patience, understanding, and the right support can be. That experience really motivates me to help not just him, but other children who learn and experience the world in different ways. I care a lot about creating a supportive environment where every kid feels understood and capable.
