I have helped struggling single moms with child care where I even kept the child over night. A lot of the money I earn goes back to the child, for clothes, toys, food, diapers, even play pens and anything the child needs. I like to keep things on hand so the child always has what they need.

The most important part to me is patience, communication and trust. Learning to embrace the small moments and creating so many memorable times in there lives they can cherish forever. Also to always remember kids will be kids, it's okay to let them play and see the world as something so beautiful. Messes are easy to clean, so try not to sweat the small stuff.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with foster children who have struggled with autism, and with working with them I helped set a nice routine for them to learn and have patience. I focus on there talents like painting, music and being comfortable. Special needs children can struggle with emotions and communication skills, so I like to take the time to learn about the child so they can have easier and happier days
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment has to be taking the sweet little girl I was watching shopping for clothing. Asking her what she liked, her colors and to count things she saw. I definitely enjoyed letting her pick out her toy and afterwards getting her a kids meal and going to the park. I love building sweet bonds with sweet children and being able to treat them like there my own .
