I was an au pair for almost two years, taking care of children between 1 and 10 years old. I’m currently caring for a 1-year-old baby, a 2-year-old boy, and a 9-year-old boy. I’ve also volunteered at my local church’s daycare in Colombia, where I helped organize activities for young children.

I love doing both indoor and outdoor activities with kids! Indoors, I enjoy reading books, doing arts and crafts, building with blocks, and dancing to music. Outdoors, I like going for walks, playing at the park, riding bikes, and organizing fun games like scavenger hunts. I always adapt the activities to the children’s ages and interests.

My favorite nanny moment has been watching the two youngest kids I care for grow up. I’ve been with them since they were babies, and it’s been such a beautiful experience to help with their development. One of the sweetest moments is hearing the 2-year-old say words in Spanish—it melts my heart every time! Being part of their growth and learning process makes me feel proud and truly connected to them.

Next, I would go out with the girls to the backyard to play with their toys listen music, dance, sing or I take them to the playground near the house in the Baby Jogger, or we would play at the house with Play-Doh, toys, paint, draw. Then I would tidy up the rooms and get ready for their nap time. Some days we would go to the PRETEND CITY CHILDREN'S MUSEUM, and they would have fun with them, or we would go with the family to the shopping center with the girls.
