Accountability, I feel as a nanny accountability is the most important because you need to be available and resourceful for the parents. Secondly I would say responsibility and safety. Despite what age you will be responsible for, safety always come first for the child.

I was a preschool teacher with two different children. I never once made them feel different, and always came up with diverse activities to keep them excited to learn, as well as playing with their classmates.
