"Crystal is the most amazing nanny. She was with us for 10 YEARS and basically became a member of our family. Crystal started taking care of our children when they were 9 months, 3 and 5, and they are now 11, 13 and 15! She has been incredible with them at every single stage--from playing on the playground or board games, to driving them to activities to helping them with understand the importance of taking care of themselves and being kind to others. She was also a wonderful help around the house and willing to assist with anything from the smallest to the most intricate tasks, including helping with our demanding puppy who also loves her dearly. She has an amazing can-do attitude and gives her work 100% of her attention. She is kind, nurturing, dedicated, caring, trustworthy, hardworking and an excellent driver.
