Honoring your families principles, values and finding ways to meet all needs and expectations for your children. Bonding with children is my biggest gift as I do not demand respect I earn their respect leading to a desire to go above and beyond having fun in life together. Being blessed to be chosen to be a large part of the village to help raise your children is an honor that is unexplainable. Most importantly is that I understand your children are not my children but I will love them like they are my own never crossing a boundary that is one that only a parent has the right to. What I mean by this is I love your children but respect with an open mind all family values and morals.

A child with a very low level of skills in almost every area had very little confidence and self esteem. Finally we found his passion and his genius at building and mechanical engineering multiple things. Helping a Chile to find their passion and confidence knowing that being exceptional at a couple things and having the basics of many will still lead to a very successful life. The child ended up getting a full ride scholarship and becoming class president. Beautiful
