My Name is Mrs Crystal .I've been happily Married for 23 years we have , what I call the heavenly 7 team 😊 4 of our children are off either in college or else starting their journey in their adult lives. we have 3 children still at home a 12 year old and 2 twin boys age 3 , I've worked in healthcare for 15 years ,recently took a break from my duties as a healthcare professional to hang out with some super cool little guys , Not even realizing what I was doing ,my husband and self remodeled a super amazing space in our home with a classroom setting, yet walking into a world of adventure. My children absolutely love this space in our home even the adult children levitate to this space with our grandchildren when they come to visit .in 4 weeks time our boys have learned all their shapes colors recognize most of the alphabet know A,B,C,D ,E,F,and the letter this week is G , they can sing full alphabet, count to 20 both 3 year olds write their names , it all started with routine

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

23 years I am a mother of 7 . 4 girls 3 boys 4 of our children are adults we have 1 at temple university, One is a nurse , another works on base, and another in cosmetology..we have 3 at home 12 and 2 three year olds I've worked in healthcare for 15 years just recently step away from my duties have lots of time on my hands..I understand how hard it is to juggle a job and child care for our most prize possessions.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

activities ,we do crafts ,painting, games outdoor play ,story time ,My husband and self remodeled a room in our home that offers a classroom setting, our children absolutely love this creative space in our home our little guys would keep me in their 24/7 if I'd let them ,even our older children and grand children gravitate to this space when they visit you would have to see it,! really is pretty cool..

The most important part about being a nanny...

Our children are Gods greatest gifts to us..Giving them the best experience as a child, is vital to the people they will grow and become one day..I think as adults we can all agree our childhood memories are the most vivid in are memories, the people who have made a impact, are like cherished pieces of gold .
