I'm Crystal! I've spent the past two years working as a nanny & household manager for a wonderful family who became my own family. During my time with them, I oversaw home management tasks to ensure the household ran efficiently. I also built strong, trusting relationships with both the children & parents through warmth, professionalism & consistency. Prior to my time with them, I have years of experience with babies, between volunteering in the nursery at church & the NICU at UAB Hospital. My passion for children started in high school, working consistently with the same family for 3+ years. My experience spans from newborns through school-aged children. The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters the most to me about being a nanny is establishing a relationship with the child(ten) beyond my billed hours. I've built a close relationship with the family I've been with for the past two years, & their son loves to FaceTime me when we're not together. I also love attending his sporting events, to show my support. This is all the result of establishing an incredible relationship beyond what's expected from me.
