January - March 2020 performed as a child care provider at a local church to care for children from ages 18 months - 13 years of age.
March - May 2020 worked with children on the spectrum as an RBT. Due to COVID this service was no longer feasible for me.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to work with children to enhance their creativity and motor skills. I love to go to the local parks and work with them on reading. If the children are of age I like to have them also help with meal prep and food activities like chocolate covered pretzels. I am very healthy so I am not limited physically.

My experience with special needs children...
I acquired my RBT certification December 2018, along with my CPR certification. I was blessed to learn how to work with children on the spectrum and assist the BSBA's in acquiring the data needed to continue to grow this field. Due to COVID this job became to difficult for myself and the institute to manage. I have great knowledge about mental health, child development, and skills to assist with a child's growth.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Meeting with my former employer 3 years after moving on with the nanny field and finding out that out of all of her 5 children, the child I was blessed with caring for is the happiest of all. I feel and know from school that the first 2 years of a childs' life are imminent to their growth and development. I strive to make a pleasant one and was grateful to hear that I was successful in doing so.
