To whom this may concern, Daedra Rhode has been a very special part of our team. She not only is an amazing employee, but has become family as well. We are very saddened to lose her but eager for her to start a new journey. She can multi-task amazingly. She was in charge of all the cleaning, closing routine, and locking up the daycare. She helped manage over 100 kids daily with ease. She wrote daily logs for each child and kept the filing cabinets organized. She spoke individually with parents about their children’s day. She is very polite and compliant at all times. She has endless amounts of patience. She has awesome communication skills and is very professional. She was never late and always available for us.
