I don't have that experisnce but i know how to handle it ..It takes great patience to care those kind of children and i can say that i am very patience with children not only for special kids but to all types of children..Children needs love , care and understanding thats what i do when i work in hongkong thats why im able to stay for 15yrs in just one family, see the kids from 1yr old till the grown up.
