Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I wasn’t a teacher, but I would read books to the 1 year old I babysat and try to teach him a little bit of everything. I would look after them in my home but I am of course willing to travel to the destination desired.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
What we loved doing was going outside on a walk around the neighborhood/block. There was a also a nearby park and the kiddo I took care of would love to go and play!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The babies safety! Always! I made sure my house always had space because the baby was learning how to crawl and her brother was hyper kiddo! So I tried to keep my house spacious. And of course, clean. As I said, the baby was learning how to crawl so I would vacuum/sweep my house every night, morning (before they came), and afterwards too! I would also clean or organize anything when they were taking a nap!
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have “experience” with a special needs child. I only have relatives with autism, she is 4 and so sweet! And I of course don’t have any problem looking after one!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Watching the newborn I babysat do her firsts! Such as sitting up, crawl, roll over and try to walk. It was the purest of moments! Especially when her older brother would try to help her!
