Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I previously did childcare from my home for 8 years and then worked as a nanny/ caregiver / assistant for an additional 4 years in other homes outside of my residence before i started my own housekeeping business. I have 3 children of my own and just found out that i have one on the way. I have plenty of references I can provide upon request.
I took a CPR class, i am very patient and enjoy teaching others while watching them learn to perform small task on their own . I stayed with my grandmother the last 3 years of her life caring for all her needs. That was the best decision i ever made. I truly cherish the memories of those last 3 years with her. It taught me how to be grateful and thankful for the little victories because those were the biggest accomplishments of them all.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy going for walks , playing games of all sorts, reading books , singing karaoke, cooking together, doing puzzles, coloring and drawing. I like to build forts and play dress up. Anything that involves a little imagination is my favorite. I’ve always had a wonderful imagination. My number one favorite thing is probably watching children grown and blossom into amazing little people that are smart and confident all on their own terms.
