I believe that having a strong relationship with the kids I work with helps to foster a healthy and positive dynamic. It is important for kids to feel as though their nanny's enjoy spending time with them!

One of my favorite parts of the day camp I ran is seeing and interacting with the children once it is over. It's so rewarding to have the girls be excited to see me again and express how much fun they had with me. Over the years I have created and maintained great relationships with many of the girls that attended the camp.
