A little bit about me

Hi! I've been babysitting and taking care of kids since I was 5 years old. I am the oldest out of 4 in my family and I have 2 siblings who have Down Syndrome. I do have a lot of nieces and nephews that I take care of. I love being around children. In high school, throughout my 4 years, I volunteered at my siblings' school to be able to take care and watch over kids. When my cousins or friends ask me to take care of their kids, I'm always available for them. I usually take them to the park or beach then depending on the time, we would have lunch or dinner together while their parents get a break. Being around kids gives me serotonin and a boost in life.

I am willing to get CPR and First Aid certified!

I’ve cared for my 2 Down Syndrome siblings since I was 8-9 years old. I’ve helped them walk, learn how to read and write, and learn about their mannerisms. My mom and I would also take care of her friend’s son who has Autism during the week while his mom was at work.
