I was a nanny for 3+ years for a family! I have some of my favorite memories from watching these children. They ended up moving too far away but I still talk with them a lot, which I very much enjoy!

I think the most important part about being a nanny is finding that connection and bond with the child. Almost anyone can watch a child but I think it takes someone special to care for a child :)

My first job was at a residential home with mentally disabled adults. So although I do not have experience with special needs children I definitely have the background to adapt and provide! I also have a certification for a Direct Support Professional I
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was a nanny a few years ago I took the kids to another job I had which was a color me mine and I had them all paint Christmas gifts for their parents and they absolutely loved it!
