I have also worked as a direct support staff, assistant manager, and manager for adults who have developmental disabilities through Chrysalis. (Going on 7 years!)
I am currently knee deep in an RBT 40 hour training, but I haven't completed it yet. (Registered behavior technician)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing! Running, skating, bowling, TV, parks, and jamming out to music! But I also have a lot of training with behavioral issues, so working through problems can also be very rewarding!

The most memorable has definitely been comforting kids during really hard times. Nothing feels so sweet as to be the one there who can show them they are cared for when they need it.
