Hi there! I'm Miss Hattie! I am 28 yrs old and have a bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska in Family Studies with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. Over my fifteen years of official experience caring for and teaching children, I have done a little bit of everything including home daycare, daycare facilities, nature preschool, private family nannying, and teaching. I have worked with all ages from birth through teenage years. I have most recently been teaching in Montessori-based classrooms with ages 3-6. This past year during the pandemic, I lead an in-home classroom of seven children (one preschooler, two kinders, 3 third graders, 1 fifth grader) due to schools being closed. Throughout my entire adult life I have been a nanny/house manager when I am not teaching. I LOVE to be outside and instill a respect for the great outdoors and adventure, create fun crafts, and encourage children in whatever their individual interests are!
