Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I taught weekly dance lessons at Dance with Miss Lindsay to young children of varying ages for 2 years. In addition, I worked as a Program Leader at Rancho Mirage Elementary and Cahuilla Elementary through Think Together, where I taught daily lessons to children in first through fifth grade. I also had various babysitting jobs, where I meal prepped and fed children, played and did arts and crafts with them, and helped them with homework! I also have experience working at Kids Zone at In-Shape gym! Here I have worked with children aged from 3 months to 11 years old! I would oversee their activities, lead them in numerous crafts and age appropriate games, and most importantly, make sure they are following the rules put in place to ensure their safety. Through these experiences, I learned not only how to teach children in a way that is easy to understand, but how to communicate with them, keep them safe, and have fun with them!
