I was watching a child for the first time and she was dropped off sleeping and was sleeping for maybe an hour before waking. upon not seeing her mother she started crying of course ( I would to if i was just left somewhere at that age ). after hours of trying everything and know she was faking a good 75%of the time. she finally stopped and could no longer shed any tears as she climbed in my lap with her blanket and stuff animal and watched her favorite show and took a nap. when her mother came to pick her up she did not want to leave and actually started crying, upon finding out she was coming back her tears dried and i have continued to watch her occasionally as she has grown up to not need a sitter as much.
