I have two year experience as a teacher at Parkway Headstart as well as one year internship in a kindergarten classroom. I also have a little over seven years experience as a nanny for the same family starting with their oldest child when he was three months old. I have been baby sitting since I was 11 years old. At Headstart I obtained a CSEFEL certification which is the Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning. This has equipped me to handle children who have social and emotional obstacles that prevent them from interacting well with those around them as well as learning in the classroom.
