My little cousin has special needs because of a genetic disorder which slows her development,I’d say rather good at helping her and teaching her things with out being belittling or babying her,she can easily be stressed out but I’d say I’m fairly good at deescalating situations and conflict.
I’ve also babysat my brothers friends sister with a seizure disorder and autism,I’m good at directing her, and helping her understand concepts in ways she can understand and calming her down when things get overwhelming, on top of that when I started watching her I got to learning everything I could about seizure disorders and how to care for someone having one.
