I used to be an assistant instructor for USYKA karate in Midway Georgia, as well as took a Teaching as a Profession pathway at my school where I was an intern in classrooms at Joseph Martin Elementary School for a semester.

Playing board/card games, playing tag and running games, playing hide and go seek (depending on age, normally indoors), make believe games, Barbie/figurine playing, etc.

I believe kids need an environment where they feel safe and comfortable to be themselves. Where they are having as much fun as they can, while being safe and following the rules. I wish to gain more experience around kids, so I can help expand my knowledge in childcare, as well as truly get to know the kids that I’m taking care of.

One of my most favourite memories is when I baked homemade cookies with one of the kids I used to babysit, and we just played bakery. Even though we had to clean up a mess, the cookies turned out amazing and her parents loved them! It was so much fun.
