The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was working with a child on an educational workbook and helping them practice tracing numbers. They were having difficulty tracing the number eight, so we slowed down, practiced it step by step, and continued encouraging them. Seeing how proud and excited they became when they finally traced it independently was incredibly rewarding and reminded me how meaningful it is to help children build confidence through patience and encouragement.
