Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
La Petite academy in 1984 thru 1988 private sitter for many second mom with neices and nephews. Summer sitting for nephews while sister attend nursing school. Elder care for two aunts who's children did not step up at their parents time of aging care. I cared for mother with alzheimers and dementia. til passing in 2012. Caregiver and sitting for my 4 grandchildren; girls : two teens 18 & 15 and 3 & 21 months. Nuturing where needed age was never a factor just the opportunity needed at the time.

Arts and crafts, singing, cooking if age appropriate park.
The most important part about being a nanny...
It is extending patience instilling growth and being a great support system to innocent children who need guidance structure morals and standards. You can be a grannee to many no matter what color just the heart to be there for any and all in need. Good home training is mycold school belief.

I have 4 grand daughters 3 grand girls with busy personalities. One with autism and 1 ADHD. It is a must with patience and meet thing at their level not rushing them bexond their point of readiness.
