I worked as a Counselor at the South Mountain YMCA, supervising children ages 4–11, leading activities, and ensuring safety. I also have babysitting experience with multiple families, including infant care. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and I’m an aunt, so I’m very comfortable with kids of all ages especially babies.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I’m big on keeping kids busy in a fun (but safe) way. I love doing things like arts & crafts, coloring, reading books, puzzles, music/dance breaks, and little learning games. For babies, I enjoy tummy time, sensory play, and helping them hit their milestones. If the weather’s nice, I’m always down for walks, playground time, bubbles, and simple outdoor games.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is keeping kids safe while also making them feel loved, understood, and supported. I want them to feel comfortable with me, have a consistent routine, and have fun while they learn and grow.

One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child gets genuinely excited to see me running up to the door, hugging me, or asking if I can stay a little longer. It honestly feels so good being loved by kids and knowing they enjoy being around me. Moments like that remind me I’m doing something right.
