As for job experience I’ve been a daycare "assistant" for my mom (James family child care, located In victorville ca ) since I was 14. I enjoy being around kids I have 6 younger siblings of my own .. I try to keep kids as entertained as possible because I know it can get a bit boring sometimes unless we are glued to an electronic. I do genuinely enjoy cleaning and making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Im well with following written instructions. most importantly I dont mind constructive criticism. what I will do if a problem ever occurs with a child that I am unsure how to deal with or if an issue I feel needs attention and correction occurs I will make sure to communicate it with the parents <3
