As a floater preschool teacher/Sub I would supervise children, play with them and teach them. When I was in the toddler room I would supervise 6 toddlers by myself. When I was with the older kids I would supervise 12 children by myself. I have experience with working with a large group of children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing indoors and outside with the children. I read the children books, made art with them, sang them songs, we had dance parties. During outside time I would play with the children in the sandbox, help them on the play structure, make them laugh, and when they had a hard time I would hold them and hug them to make them feel better and say encouraging words. Since my last job as a preschool teacher was a play based school. Children learn through play and there was a lot of outside time. They were able to explore there environment outside in nature.
