"Diane Rizzi was employed with us as a full-time nanny for our son since November 2022 until June 2024. She has been an important part of our family during this time.
Diane is kind, caring, trustworthy, and committed. She works hard towards creating a stimulating and nurturing environment. Diane has consistently shown that she has a thorough awareness of my son's evolving abilities, interests, and requirements by being proactive in organizing playdates and educational activities. Diane has been able to build a trustworthy relationship with my son because she is kind and gentle with him. She has played an important role in my son developing social-emotional abilities, coping strategies for managing his separation anxiety, and consistent routines for preschool readiness.
Diane has constantly shown herself to be very dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. She communicates clearly and effectively.
I highly recommend Diane Rizzi to any family seeking a skilled and devoted nanny."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been in the childcare business for 25 years. I love learning each individual child and helping support their growth so they can flourish in life.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love having the children outside so they can learn and explore in nature. The sandbox is an amazing place for the imagination! I try to give the children a well rounded day and overall experience. We go for walks or stay and play in the yard. We will do cool crafts for holidays, and learn a bit of our preschool curriculum. I have found many ways to make learning fun over the years and enjoy seeing the smiles on the little faces when they accomplish something.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Probably mostly that parents can feel assured their child is in a safe and loving environment. But with the kids… I get to have positive affect on a child’s life. To support the love of learning and the love of life.
My experience with special needs children...
I have quite a bit of experience with special needs children as I was a therapeutic foster home for several years. I have also had several special needs children in my daycare over the past 20 years. If your child is special needs feel free to reach out to me to discuss whether the current environment would be beneficial for them!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many favorites! Be mindful that I would not do these things without the permission of the parents. I have had many different parents with very different parenting styles over the 25 years of childcare.
