The most important part about being a nanny...
Safety. Physically and mentally. A child should always feel physically safe with the adult they are being cared, but they should also be mentally safe. They should not have to stress their selves out about a nanny being disrespectful towards them in any manner. A child is still a human, and should feel safe at all times. That is what is important to me; the child's safety.
