I used to work in a shelter setting where women and children would come in due to certain situations, I’m very well rounded when it comes to behaviors and mannerisms and I understand kids need a certain types of patience. I would create fun activities such as learning games and print out coloring sheets for them as ways of coping. Also educational activities as well.
In addition to that, most of my friends have kids so I’m considered to be “Auntie Dori”- I have baby say for nearly all of them and promise you’d hear nothing but uplifting things about me.
