My experience with special needs children...
Okay so I was always friends with autistic people my age especially in grade school. I never judge, or look as them as autistic. I know everyone is different but these children/adults are like everyone else. They lack in something and are amazing at another but it varies. If I come across someone that has special needs I treat them as anyone else. I sit, have a conversation, ask what they like to do and let it go from there. I like making people smile so I never had any trouble when it came to being friends with someone that has special needs

Every time I make kids smile, laugh, and when I know that they have a good time is my best moments while babysitting.
