The most important part about being a nanny to me is caring for not only the physical safety of the children, but their mental and emotional wellbeing as well.

There's too many to choose from! But if I had to choose it would be when the parents tell me that their child has been asking when "Miss Dylan" is coming all day. Some days the job is hard and I have to be "the bad guy" and I wonder if they kids like me. Then I hear that and I remember that they are children and have big feelings but they also have a lot of love to give.
