More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy any sort of messy, creative play as well as a focus on the arts; teaching the children in my care about artists of the past as well as exploring different cultures from around the world. I also adore baking and quite often bake in my spare time; incorporating this into my care routine as well. I happily encourage physical activity and play outdoors; accompanying the children in my care on walks, trips to the park and games outdoors whenever possible.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Personally, the most important thing about being a nanny are the connections you create and that you slowly become part of a family you once never even knew. The families I have nannied for in the past are truly still very important people in my life and I still adore seeing the children I once cared for growing and thriving in ways I never had imagined.
There is such a feeling of pride knowing that the time I spent with all of my children supported their transition into such wonderful little humans!

My experience with special needs children...
I have years of experience working alongside children with special needs as well as learning difficulties. These include working closely with a child with ADHD for 2 years, a child with down syndrome for one year and a child on the autistic spectrum for 15 months.
Throughout my experiences, I have developed a number of techniques that have supported the development and growth of my children with special needs; including the use of sign language, now and next boxes, and daily routine charts.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Cleveland, OH: Payton B.
Hi! My name is Payton, and I am 25 years old. I’m a caring, responsible, and energetic childcare provider with a background in Early Childhood Education and several years of experience working with children.
I attended Kent State University for Early Childhood Education, where I learned about child development and creating safe, supportive environments for children to learn and grow. I also have several years of experience teaching dance to children of all ages, which has helped me become patient, attentive, organized, and adaptable to each child’s individual needs.
I love making everyday activities fun and meaningful, whether that’s playing, doing crafts, reading, helping with homework, or spending time outside. I believe children thrive with structure, encouragement, and someone who genuinely cares about them.
I’m dependable, compassionate, and take caring for children seriously. I want parents to feel confident knowing their children are in safe, caring hands!

Part-Time Nanny Available in Cleveland, OH: Kelly L.
Hello All! My name is Miss Kelly:) I am the mother of 3 girls and newer grandmother to my 3 yr old grandson (whom is simply too far away to see nearly enough). I have enjoyed working with littles and young adults within a variety of abilities and personalities. My experiences have been in camps, school support, private nannying, full-time mother’s helper, neighborly fill-in and more for many years. I have always enjoyed watching discovery and wonder while aiding children. I love implementing outdoor activities that lead to healthy appetites and well deserved naps. I am creative enough for a winter-full of days in using Imaginations! I like to inspire and discover using play, reading, dancing and art. I enjoy establishing routine as well as responsibility and find my kids have enjoyed daily goals. I don’t mind light house work or meal prep. I am “an ol’ soul in the new world” and would love to share more about myself in a person to discuss your care needs further.

Hi, I'm Miah, 😊 I’m an 18‑year‑old caregiver with experience caring for my nieces and helping with children at church. This would be my first official nanny job, but I’m responsible, patient, and great with kids of all ages. I’m BLS‑certified, including CPR, AED use, choking response, and recognizing drug overdose emergencies. I enjoy creating simple activities, keeping routines on track, and making sure children feel safe and supported. I’m looking for a family who values communication, kindness, and reliability.
