The most important thing is showing responsibility and reliabity. Along with having fun! You need to interact with the kids and even be a child yourself from time to time! I know people who sit on their phone while kids are busy or asleep, during that time the most important thing is making the home look good. The parent should not have to come home to a messy house

In middle and highschool one of my classes was working with special ed students. I have 2 years of experience and babysat for a special ed kid for a while!
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was taking care of a little girl she told me while being dead serious her dads name was "babe" because thats what her mom calls him. I laughed for a soild 5 minutes. We then made a card to thank her dad and mom for being good parents and giving her a gift. She wrote "To Babe and Mom" haha!
