Right out of highschool i worked as a teacher for 2 year olds at a day care for a year I've done 2 years of college in child development, I have been a preschool teacher for 1 year and have done my fair share of babysitting for as long as I can remember. I have nannied one family for about 2 years and then they moved away from me :(
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going outside and taking in nature and fresh air, I really enjoy music and almost always have some fun tunes going. I like to cook with them and have them help me with all the little things I do around the house and make it a game. I want to create a real bond with the kiddos and have a line of trust between us. I do have a little bit of a Montessori approach with my own child and love it!

With my very first family I had twins that I was watching and I learned that they feel much better if they are helping and not being given busy work to do while I do my "chores" we turned it into a game to do everything on our to do lists and they would get home from school excited to get started. Being imaginative with the kiddos and creating our own games is my absolute favorite thing to do.
