To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a real relationship with each child. I have been welcomed as a part of the family by the families that I’ve nannied for in the past, and that is so special to me. I love that I am still a part of their lives even though I don’t see them as often as I used to. I also cherish the experience of getting to help each child work on reaching developmental milestones and celebrating them with the family.
