The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say that the most important part about being a nanny is understanding. I have learned to understand that not all kids think alike. Some kids are comfortable with things that their siblings or friends aren’t. All kids want to be understood. i also find that being a good listener and helping children think through their problems is vital.
My experience with special needs children...
I have only carefully for kids with autism, when it comes to special needs. But i honestly feel that i can expand on my abilities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments, are seeing how happy they are when they accomplish things. I helped one of my kids to swim and dive, and i remember the excitement on her face when she got to show her parents!
