A little bit about me

I am a mom to one child, Nora, she is almost three. Nora is spunky but also has a gentle and go with the flow personality. It is important to me that I find a family that is comfortable with Nora being with me. I have always had a passion for working with children. I have an extensive background in childcare. For the last two and a half years I have been nannying, and prior to that I was the lead infant teacher at a childcare center for 6 years.
I found that being a nanny is the most rewarding, because you are able to build a more personal relationship. Every family, every child, will have their own needs and I am able to cater to that. I am open to more duties around a home including grocery shopping, dishes, and laundry. I really enjoy indoor and outdoor play. Arts and crafts, imaginative play, sensory and even some rainy day fun. I also enjoy getting out into the community, for example going to the children’s museum, story time at the library or visiting the local playground.
