A little bit about me

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, a warm and energetic caregiver, art educator, and artist with 13 years experience caring for children aged 1-13.

I've worked as an art museum educator at various Hudson Valley museums over the past few years, overseeing school partnerships, educator training, and summer camps. I have designed and facilitated more than 200 inquiry-based tours for students and facilitated week-long summer camps rooted in art and nature.

I also worked in a progressive elementary school as a preschool assistant and afterschool teacher. There, I cared for mixed-age groups of elementary school students and encouraged a sense of creativity in the outdoor classroom. I handled first aid and interpersonal conflicts while also engaging authentically with students.

As an educator, I feel responsible for fostering inclusive environments that encourage curiosity and creative experimentation. As a private caregiver, I feel as though my approach is fun, comforting, warm, and bright.
