To me, the most important thing about being a nanny is providing a safe and nurturing environment while also having fun! Making sure the child feels comfortable is a top priority to me! I also want the child to have fun and the parents to know that their kids are in good hands! Having a trusting relationship with the parents is also vital so that they know they are getting the best care for their children!
