My favorite nanny moment was when I started singing one of my little boy's favorite songs, and he happily sang along with me. Before we knew it, we were dancing around the living room, laughing, and completely immersed in the music. Seeing his joy and knowing I helped create such a fun, happy memory reminded me why I love working with children.
