The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment where kids feel comfortable to be themselves. Beyond keeping them safe, it’s about building trust, encouraging their growth, and helping them feel valued. Every child is unique, so meeting them where they are with patience, creativity, and consistency is key.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I’ll never forget the first time a child I worked one-on-one with, who had autism, tried went to the school play which was not at the school it was beautiful building trust together. It was such a small step, but a huge milestone.
