Hi! My name is Ella! I have been working as a babysitter and Nanny for over six years now! I have experience with kids of all ages, with the majority of my experience between 3 months and 4 years! I believe in limiting screen time with kids (or having none at all), instead focusing on active play and learning, such as playing outside, reading books, and developmentally encouraging activities!

Important things in a job to me are the ability to get out of the house for walks (when weather permits of course) and I love going out for outings with kids, as I believe socialization is important!
