Caring for the youth has always been a huge part of my life. I have been a nanny for the last 4 years and was a Behavioral Tech before beginning my nanny journey. Additionally, I've had my fair share of experience working as a nursing coordinator at an intravenous pharmacy and work with many young children. Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading is one of my favorite things to do so story time is always an adventure! Painting, drawing, singing, and cooking are also some of my favorite activities to do with children. I am also very active, fond of the outdoors, and a lover of all things natural, so bike rides, nature walks, picnics, and beach days (if approved) are often on our daily agenda.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Not only being a good role model, but fulfilling the needs of the child(ren) and family I am caring for. If I am that blessed to be part of their lives, then naturally, I will devote all my love and attention to the needs to be met. I recognize that because of how much time I spend with the children, a certain trust and admiration will be formed between. I not only have to provide a warm and loving example to follow, but it is also my responsibility to go above and provide the children with those warm memories that they one day will look back on and smile about.
