Hi! I’m Ellie. I’m currently a student in the Elementary Education program at Western Governors University, and am currently working in a daycare/preschool. I tried to reflect that in my most recent work history, but it made me enter an end date and since I work with LOTS of kids of different ages, I didn’t enter any children. (I just wanted to clarify :)) i also have a cleared background check through DCYF that is valid through 2024 and am more than willing to provide documentation on that. I am a bubbly, compassionate caretaker and working with kids is my passion. I am very attachment-driven (I don’t know if that’s a real term) and believe that forming real bonds with children in my care is essential to making our days run happily and smoothly. I am friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. I have a little one of my own who will be one next month, and I treat every child the same way I would want someone to treat my own.
